returns & refunds policy
No returns and no exchanges are accepted unless a defective item is sent to you.
In the case of a defective item, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. We will only accept returns if valid proof is submitted within 3 days of delivery and will issue a refund or replacement on inspection of the item. If found to be in order, you will receive a refund in 7-10 business days or a replacement of the product, whichever you prefer.

The defective item can be returned (unopened/unused without any further damage and with all the tags intact) within 10 days of receiving the order. Please make sure to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

In the case of custom orders, we do not accept returns.
​
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. No return/refund/exchange on freebies and customized products.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We do not exchange items currently so please make sure to order the correct size/product after checking all the details mentioned in the description box of the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
